What is this?
Hike leaders are Nadia Anhalt & Kim Edlund. We will start from the Sierra del Norte Trail parking lot on Hyde Park Road. It is located 2.7 miles up Hyde Park Road from the traffic light at the intersection of Bishops Lodge Road & Hyde Park Road. No facilities at the trail head. Our hike will not be on the popular Sierra del Norte Trail. Instead we will venture on five Dale Ball trails east of Hyde Park Rd. The trails are steep and rocky, the views are amazing. The hike will last two hours. This hike is rated moderate. Boots, poles, snacks, and water are a good idea.
