Note: This event is one week earlier than our usual hiking date. We will do the 2 mile loop portion of the Chamisa trail. Hiking time is 1.5 hours. There are some steep portions, therefore the Newcomers rating is moderate. Plenty of shade. When we meet in the hallway by DeVargas Starbucks we will take a head count for an optional lunch at the New York Deli on Catron. They have an excellent meeting alcove for large groups, good service, and good food.
